What’s on Netflix: New Shows and Movies for December 2022

After a week of theatrical release, director Rian Johnson’s highly anticipated 2019 film Knives Out will be available for worldwide streaming on Netflix starting December 23rd.

“Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” follows James Bond actor Daniel Craig’s on-screen revenge against detective Benoit Blanc. The detective travels around Greece to solve another murder mystery and along the way meets new faces like Edward Norton, Janelle MonĂ¡e, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson and more.

Other Oscar contenders making their debuts on the streaming platform this month: Laure de Clermont Tonerer’s “Seth Chatterley’s Lover,” starring Emma Corrine, and Noah Baumbach’s “White Noise.” The upcoming features will be released on December 2 and December 30, respectively.

New acclaimed series are also hitting Netflix in December, such as Season 2 of “Last Chance U: Basketball” debuting in the United States on December 13. ) in a new list of athletes a year after the outbreak. Greg Whiteley, Daniel George Macdonald and Adam Leibowitz directed the first and second seasons.
