Sir Alan Cathcart’s new Ducati book is out!

The world’s most prolific motoring journalist and MO contributor, Alan Cathcart’s latest book is out, and just in time for the holidays! I am lucky enough to be the only journalist in the world to have tested all but two of the factory Ducati Desmo V-twin superbikes. Sir Al wrote: Participated in the Superbike World Championship from its inception in 1988 to 2015. This book is a collection of such tests covering the years in the title.

My reviews of each bike include critical insight from the men who raced for the Italian factory, including Carl Fogarty, Troy Corser, Doug Polen, Giancarlo Fallappa and Troy Bayliss. And the book’s exclusive photos of historic Ducati factory racers without bodywork are unmissable, allowing Superbike racing fans to appreciate the previously hidden secrets of these amazing bikes.

Ducati Superbikes 1988-2001 Printed on large format 11.8 x 9 inch (30 x 23 cm) quality paper, 160 pages and 91 full-page photographs in a limited edition of 996 copies (of course!).
