‘Percy Jackson’ Disney+ Series Adds Jay Duplass, Timothy O’Mundson

The “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series on Disney+ has added Jay Duplass and Timothy Omundson in guest-starring roles. Difference He learned alone.

As an actor, Duplass currently appears in the HBO series “The Industry,” which was renewed for a third season in October. He also recently starred in the Netflix series “The Chair” opposite Sandra Oh. He is known for his roles in shows such as “Clear” on Amazon, “Search Party” on TBS and “The Mindy Project” on Hulu. He and his brother Mark are film and television writers and directors, including work on shows such as “Room 104,” “Somebody,” “Animals” and “Unity.” In film, Duplass has written and directed such projects as “Cyrus,” “Jeff Lives At Home” and “Bagged.”

Omundsen is best known for playing Carlton Lassiter on the hit USA Network series “Psych.” He has portrayed the role in the three “Psych” TV series since 2017, despite suffering a stroke that same year. He has made a successful return to acting, most recently in shows like “This Is Us,” “American Housewife” and “New Amsterdam.” Earlier in his career, he starred in shows like “Judging Amy” and “Galavant.”
