‘Goosebumps’ Disney+ Series Announces Cast From Rachael Harris (Exclusive)

The live-action “Goosebumps” series on Disney+ has made Rachael Harris a series regular. Difference He learned alone.

Harris is the latest addition to the series, joining previously announced cast members Anna Y. Pudge, Miles McKenna, Will Price, Justin Long, Zach Morris and Issa Briens.

Described as a teen horror comedy, the series “follows a group of five high school students who unleash supernatural forces on their town and must all work together — each with their own friendships, rivalries, and past thanks to the other — to save him, learning a lot about their parents’ teenage secrets in the process.”

Harris will star as Nora. The character is described as “Jeff’s (Price) mother and an overzealous waitress who works as a witch at a local cafe.”

Harris has appeared on popular television shows, including “Friends,” “Frasier,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “New Girl,” “Modern Family” and “The Office.” She is also known for working on shows like “Lucifer” and “Suits”. Her feature roles include “The Hangman,” the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” franchise, and Christopher Strange in films such as “The Best Show” and “The Mighty Wind.”

She is repped by Gersh, Rice Management, Goodman Genow.

Nick Stoller and Rob Letterman serve as co-creators and executive producers on the “Goosebumps” show, with Stoller executive producing through Stoller Global Solutions. Kevin Murphy serves as executive producer and showrunner. Neal H. Moritz and Pavun Shetty executive produced the original film, Connor Welch of Stoller Global Solutions, Erin O’Malley, and Iole Luchese and Caitlin Friedman of Scholastic Entertainment. Julia Ruchman, James Egan and Nick Adams serve as co-executive producers and writers. Sony Pictures Television Studios produces Disney-branded television series. Original Film and Stoller Global Solutions are currently under TV overall deals with Sony.

Moritz was a producer on the two most recent “Goosebumps” movies, released in 2015 and 2018. Letterman chose the first film. In total, both films grossed over $250 million.
