Disney+ jumps on ‘Ralph and Katie’

Keshet International (K) has closed a major multi-territory deal with Disney+ on “Ralph & Katie,” the new 6×30 comedy-drama from “The World.” The sale is part of a wider deal that includes all three “The A Word” BBC One dramas. Disney+ has licensed multiple rights to both titles across Europe, (excluding the UK), the Middle East and Africa.

“The A Word” is available in the Nordics and Belgium on Disney+. Starting in November, it is scheduled for Portugal, Italy, Spain and France, followed by Germany, Austria and Switzerland with a new year start. “Ralph and Katie” will debut in early 2023.
