Asacha Media Partners with Plano a Plano, Dopamine in Action Thriller ‘Cicatriz’ from ‘Casa de Papel’ Creations

Asacha Media Group, the expanding pan-European company, is partnering with Spain’s Plano a Plano and Mexico’s Dopamine on ‘Cicatriz,’ a high-profile action thriller based on the best-selling novel by Juan Gómez-Jurado.

“Drunk” was created by a pair of established writers, Pablo Roa and Fernando Sancristobal, whose credits include “Toy Boy”, “The Paper House” and “Vis a Vis”.

The high-concept series revolves around a brilliant but lonely entrepreneur on the verge of making millions and a young woman who encounters hell on a long-planned revenge mission. “Cicatriz” will be the title of famous international actors and is currently in the financial stage.

Asacha Media Group has come in as a strategic partner and will collaborate, ensure pre-sales and develop a global strategy for the product.

Plano a Plano is directed by Cesar Benitez and Dopamine is directed by Fidela Navarro. Both companies have a great track record of producing the most successful Spanish language series and formats “Toy Boy” and “Amarres”.
